I am trying to paint the ceiling of my lanai. When I try to roll the paint on, it won't stick. It is taking off a layer of the surface that is very thin. I am in the process of scraping it off - it is coming right off, but is a mess! House is only 7 years old. Any suggestions before I start trying it again?
