I painted my powder room red- it wasn't the color I wanted so I bought a different color red. Will it be a problem for me to paint red over red? The first red paint was satin sheen and this red paint is an eggshell sheen. I painted a small section last night and it doesn't seem to cover very well. There is a dark primer under the first coat of red. Any helpful tips would be great.
