I need to know the best way to remove wallpaper from walls.Thanks

You should use the wallpaper remover DIF and if the wallpaper has a vinyl coating that will not allow the water to get to the back of the paper you will need to get a paper tiger which will will put slices in the paper and will help a great deal.

But if you find that afetr doing a couple of strips that they did not size and or prime the wall before the paper was put up and you are tearing the face paper off the drywall, which means you will have to skim coat the entire wall. You should stop and prime the paper with an oil based primer and apply the finish paint of your choice. This is assuming that the paper is on the wall tight.
