I am working on a bathroom, removing wallpaper, patching up then painting. While removing wallpaper, I found some mold spots. What is the best method of treating/fixing this? The wallpaper has been up for over 20 years and I really do not want to tear out the wallboard. I do not believe there is a leak or anything like that. Help.

You should wash the walls with a solution of 3 parts water and one part bleach and a couple of ounces of dishwashing liquid and rinse with clear water. The longer you can keep the cleaning solution wet on the wall the better it will kill the mildew.
