About a week ago I noticed that there were two spots on my cieling where the paint is beginning to bubble up. I'm concerned that this might be signs of a leak in my roof (I have a spanish tile roof); if it doesn't mean that I have a leak in my roof, what is it and how do I fix it? Also I currently live in California's central valley and it is really cold and rainy right now, does the weather have anything to do with it? I'd greatly appreciate any advice on what to do!!

Attentively,

Miguel Santos

I would check for the roof leak as paint just does not start to bubble on it's own and a lot of rain would not cause it either. unless you have a roof leak.
