I have removed the old wallpaper from a bathroom, and plan on putting up new wallpaper. Do I need to remove all the old adhesive as well? I'm not painting (I know you can't paint over adhesive), but can you wallpaper over it?

If at all possible you want to get off all the old adhesive so as not to have a adverse reaction between the new and the old.
