I have recently painted cabinets in an old house a caramel color, "Cookie Crumb" by Glidden. I am not happy with the color, a little too dark. Is there any way to lighten the color without starting over completely. Will glazing or whitewashing work? They need some pizzazz...... New at this....Help!!! Marcia
