Exterior paint was used to paint a bedroom in my home nearly 2 weeks ago but a strong odor still remains. What can be done to get rid of the odor? Can interior paint be used over exterior paint if it must be repainted?

So now you know why there is inside and outside paint.
The odor may go away over time and if you can open a window in that room that may help get rid of the odor. If that does not work i think you will need to prime with a shelllac based prime which is great at hold back odors
and then repaint with an interior latex paint
