I have Stripped wall paper in a bathroom.. While getting the Super glued
( j/k) wall paper off the wall- I have gone thru the drywall... So my question is do I need to patch that let it dry then paint ..or is there another method to go for... the walls looks ding from me scrapping and in some place worse than others.. I dont want it to show once I paint. that I have torn the drywall, ect.. PLEASE HELP-- this job is becomming a paint stripping from HELL!!!!

Best to scrape as well as you can on the areas that may have superglue. This kind of thing may bleed through a few layers of latex. Happened to me.
You will definetly need to wash the walls with clean water several times to make sure all the DIF and glue are gone for the same reason.
Skim coat the area with Drywall compound. Buy the big bucket, it is worth the $10. Sand and reapply to hide any transitions.
