We have a house where the previous tenants had dogs that urinated on the carpet. We have removed all the carpet but the particle board flooring still has an odor. Is there a product on the market that can be applied onto the floor to seal in the odor?

Hello,
I've heard of people having good luck with good-'ol baking soda worked in, and left to "absorb" things a while.
* Pet stores may be a good source of the enzyme-type cleaners.
* After this stage, use 2 coats of BIN-primer from Zinsser. It's shellac-resin in an alcohol base.
* Cover an area a few feet beyond stain areas.
Good luck!
