i have an interior paint i want to use outside though i know its not recommended if i use a clear coat protectant will it be okay

I would not do it.
An exterior paint is made to take the changes in temperature that an interior paint will not. So you will have premature peeling if you use an interior paint outside and a clear coat will not help.
