I APPLIED TWO COATS OF PRIMER ON GREEN drywall, PAINTED WALLS WITH INTERIOR LATEX PAINT (SATIN FINISH), WIFE CHANGED COLOR,REPAINTED WITH DIFFERENT COLOR . SAME PAINT EXCEPT SEMI GLOSS, TOOK 4 TO FIVE DAYS TO DRY. AFTER 1-1/2 WEEKS IT IS PEELING OFF THE WALLS LIKE A RUBBERSKIN. THE PAINT STORE IS TRYING TO BLAME drywallAND THE DRY WALL GUY IS BLAMING ME. HE SAY'S I MESSED UP BY PUTTING SEMI GLOSS LATEX OVER SATIN FINISH. I BELIEVE THIS IS BULL!! HELP

Is the semi-gloss peeling from the satin or is the satin peeling from the primer? I suspect that the semi-gloss didn't adhere (stick) to the satin.
It's a paint problem either way. Hopefully you used the same brand primer and paint. If so, the paint store should make it right. If not, contact the manufacturer directly.
