I am paying someone to come in and hang drywall on my ceiling. Right now I have ceiling tiles, the kind that is stapled to the stripes of wood. They are water stained. The person we are paying said they don't have to take down the tiles or take down the lights. Isn't that going to throw off my air vents and lights? Are they right? Help!
