I have used a prepainted roofing materials (spanish red)for my newly constructed house. After a year, a discouloration is obviously appearing in all areas of my pre-painted roofs and I hate it so much..

What is the cause of this defect? I need to do repairs so that it will restore to its original color and appearance. Please advise..
