My house was built in 1954 and my basement is done up with drywall that look likes wood paneling. Meaning it does not have wood paneling wallpaper on it. The drywall has grooves on it as wood paneling does. It took me by surprise even my contractor. What year was this style of drywall made? My contractor never saw this before and he has been in the business for 20 years.
