I plan to install a new ceramic tile file in a bathroom which currently has an adhesive tile. The tile I plan to use is 2" x 2" on sheets and I hope not to have to remove the existing floor. My questions: 1. Will the ceramic adhesive stick properly to the existing linoleum tile floor and if so what preparation is required. 2. Can I purchase a form of grout that has some flexability as I am not totally confident that the existing floor is rigid.
