Our house is 26 years old. We moved in 4 years ago and had the 1st and 2nd hardwood floors refinished. About 1 year later the floors started to squeak, especially on the 2nd floor. We have been told that you must screw the floor from underneath which requires cutting into the ceiling on the first floor. HELP, WILL THIS FIX THEM?
