I want to know what all is there to painting a cement floor and how to do it.

Hi Mrs!
First off make sure the concrete is clean,clean,clean.Then seal it or use an exterior primer,then finish it w/a latex paint.As far as application,I'd just roll it w/an extended handle roller(save your back some ache!)

I thought that special concrete paint was available at most home stores. Is not this more efficient?
