So does it really work? I hear conflicting results. Has anyone had good results painting over tile on bathroom walls and floor? I was told to sand off sheen of tile, coat with a primer (epoxy), then come back with 2 cots of high gloss epoxy paint. Does this work? Do you have to spray on?
