I am about to have WilsonArt flooring (planks)installed in a good part of my home. An estimate I received for 1080 sq. ft. was close to $10,000. This includes materials and labor. The areas involved are Living/Dining Room, a stairway, hallway and two bedrooms. Is this a good price?

Did you get a breakdown of material and labor cost? The Labor can be $3.00 per sq ft. Are you put the flooring in closets? How many doors to closets and rooms do you have? Do you need to have new subfloor put down in any of your rooms?
