I have a squeaky area in my kitchen floors. I have a full basement underneath with floor joist. When new flooring was put down, the people said they screwed the flooring down, but it did not stary. I need someway to pull down the flooring onto the joist. Is there something that fastens to the flooring and the joist and pulls it down. Desparate!!!!!!
