I have purchased an old tavern that I am converting into a soda fountain. The place floor is really in a wierd condition. The roof leaked some 3 years ago (new roof now) and ruined the floor. The previous owner started to do underlayment. It is half done with plywood and exactly even with the old vct tiles that are really stuck down. there are some holes in the tiles. Do I use a liquid leveler or water putty to level out the tiles and put new ones down? Can you put ceramic tiles over vct? Any suggestions?
