Bvflooring
I had a leak from my toilet supply several months ago and have just recently found that water had soaked the k3 subfloor.

When I removed the subfloor I found water stains and mildew on the plywood.

Do I need to do anything other than be sure the plywood is dry before I replace the k3?

Some of the subfloor under the vanity was also wet. I drilled a couple of holes in the end of the vanity to allow air in to dry the wood. Is it ok to leave that part of the subfloor?

Thanks,
Phil
