Bvflooring
I ripped up carpet in my 1940s bungalow, and in trying to remove carpet glue, used too harsh of a stripper...I now have a 4ft. patch that is completely stripped, and thus doesn't match the rest of the floor. I'm afraid I would never find stain to match, and I'm not interested in sanding/refinishing the floors, as they are in good shape with the exception of my
disaster zone. I was thinking of trying varnish to restore the color. Any thoughts?
Thank you in advance.
