I would try Baking soda in powder form. Let it sit for 3 day's then vacuume up. Then wash the floor with a wood safe cleaner.

See if this works? I would like to know.

You may also want to try a pet supply store for a cleaner. Cat urine is really hard to remove since it seems to crystalize and come back when it gets warm. Petsmart sells a product with enzymes in it that act on the bacteria that cause the lingering pet urine odor. I think there are various brands of the stuff-

I'm not sure of the exact web site address, but there's a product on the web called 123 Odor Free, or Just Rite. It has a money back guarantee (including shipping). I'm not sure about hard wood floors, but it will work on carpeting.
