i would like to have terrazzo flooring throughout my 640 sq ft house. i like the look, the durability, and the way it curves into a baseboard - very cleanable. is it a lost art? what cost can i expect? there is a basement...will the terrazzo be too heavy for the floor beams? maybe colored concrete would be an acceptable alternative?
