I need to know how to wax and care for tile floors in a highly accessed public place. I need to know from start to finish the steps to take to care for these floors. They have wax on them now and I can't strip them until next summer. I need to know how to take care of them now and the steps to strip them and rewax them next summer and how to take care of them to keep them looking good thereafter. Thanks in advance for any information you give me.

You didn't mention the condition of the floor now other than it does have finish on it.Is it in need of a quick clean-up? Are you using a high speed buffer to polish it? Why can't you strip it till next summer? I presently have a floor that should be stripped but am putting it off only due to holiday scheduling.It looked so bad however, that I light scrubbed it and put a coat of finish on it to get me by.Give me some more info and I'll give you some back!
