We are currently remodeling a basement family room. Originally had glued down indoor/outdoor style carpet. Carpet is coming up ok, but rubber backing and glue are really sticking. Is there any method, other than the current scraping method we are using, for easy removal?? Such as a solvent of some kind that wouldn't fill the house with toxic fumes!??
