It depends upon your personal preferences and the existing design of your home. Slate might look fantastic in one home, and awful-tacky in another because of how it compliments or clashes with the surrounding materials, colors, and designs.

All things being equal, I like flagstone of the three you listed, but I might adamently advise against it when I saw your porch.
