We are trying to remove glued down parquet flooring without damaging the sub-floor! HELP!!!!!

the type of subflooring you have underneath makes a very big difference as to how hard this will be. Just begin tearing into it to find out what your up against. And how long it will take. A few prybars and hammers is all you will need to begin this task. As to the sub damage, it either will happen or it wont. But don't freak out, subfloors are easily replaced if damaged.

Why not just leave the parquet alone and go over top of it with another floor covering? Attempting removal in this case often creates more problems than necessary.
