I have been asked by a condo owner to investigate peel and stick parquet wood floor for the bedrooms (concrete floors)-4th floor-3 yr old bldg. They are looking at a way to replace their carpet - upgrade unit - likely to sell in a couple of years (rental unit in the meantime). Main Living area has tile. They don't want to spend a lot of money - so thought peel and stick - might be a good fit for their place.

If you have any recommendations, comments, opinions on peel and stick Vs glue down Vs Floating, etc.Their main concern is -Don't want to spend a lot of money-however - also do not want to throw money away if Peel and Stick is not a good option.

Thanks
