Sorry the topic title is wrong and I can't edit it - What I need is advice for re-grouting: We have a 34"X60 shower with tile walls. The tiles are in pretty good shape, they need a good cleaning and regrouting, and we will replace the shower door. I have never grouted before so I am thinking of calling an outside contractor to clean and re-grout. How are the large firms like Grout Doctor, or should I go with an independent one? What is a ballpark cost for regrouting a 34X60 shower (78" high walls)?

i don't know what these companys would charge plus it my not be the same here as in your town...however you might concider doing it your self ,it not to hard.you will need a grout saw or a rotozip type tool to remove the old grout, install the new grout, and then seal it....if you go to your local home depot they will show you how.....good luck
