Ceramic tile which is installed over cement floor continuously keeps cracking where the cement floor cracks underneath. Is there a remedy for this? This is the third time I have fixed or replaced the tile.

sorry no good news,when you install ceramic over a slab floor you should first put down a mambraine.so if the slab cracks(they all do) the tile wont...good luck

Im sorry I dont have a solution, however I have one of these kind of jobs comming up where I have to tile over cement floor. Could you clue me into what kind of membraine this is, some brand names would also be helpful. Thanks

every tile store should have somthing ,they all will do the job,however go to the web site for [URL=http://www.midwestpadding.com look at insulate padding....good luck
