I have an 1850 sq. foot house I just purchased with no fewer than six different types of tile! What reflooring options do I have? Can I put other flooring over existing tile floors? Do I have to remove the existing tile first? Thanks, Mike

in general terms when you have a ceramic tile floor,the only thing you can do is tear out the old one.....carpet may go over the top,laminate might,but your best bet is live with it or tear it out....good luck
