I just bought some Miracle 511 Impregnator to seal my grout. The floor tile was put in about 8 months ago. I also bought some TEC Likenew cleaner and I plan to scrub the group with this cleaner and a brush. What is the best way to put the impregnator on. The bottle said to use a white towel. Is this a good way to do it? Any suggestions would be appreciated. thanks - Lori

Yep. A white towel works.
You can also brush it on the grout lines with a thin brush. If you get it on the tile, wipe it off while it is still wet.
You'll need to reseal occasionally, especially when you use cleaners on your tile and grout.
There is a permanent sealer available in the US now. You can use any cleaner (even bleach) and not remove the sealer. You might consider it when the 511 stops working.
