I have never moved a piano, but I have moved heavy things over laminate floors. You could get a couple sheets of paneling or plywood and roll it across, moving one board at a time.

They sell the pads that go under the legs, but I don't know if I would trust them. I don't think they guarantee them. These are available at home improvement stores.
