I am worried, I removed my old floor tile, and I have this black old tar glue left on concrete floor. Is it dangerous?? I want to put new floor tile over it. How can I remove it. Someone suggested gasoline??

Gasoline is extremely flammable.

Try heat gun and a floor scraper. There are solvents to remove this mastic but I have found the heat gun works easily and is probably more environmentally friendly.

Be careful and wear gloves. It will be hot. Whatever you do don't use a solvent and the heat gun together.
