Hello,

I'm looking at floor options for my foyer and kitchen. I really like the slate floor at Lowe's, but am concerned about the tiles getting stained (especially in the kitchen) and also concerned about the maintenence and cleaning of the slate. I would appreciate any advice or input that anyone could give me and if this is just a horrible idea if you could tell me. Thanks in advance,
