I recently went to the hospital for 2 days and I came back and my floor was warped in my kitchen. there are visable bumps in front of my dishwasher and in front sink. we have laminate floors and i have no Idea what is causeing it or what to do so please help. If it matters I live in a mobile home.

The subfloors in mobile homes is usually made of particle board which is terrible around water. it sounds like you have a leak, or somehow water was left running while you were gone. Check for leaks in the plumbing supplys for sink and DW.

ok I will thanks alot it. The bump infront of the washer keeps getting bigger and I am worried I will look for a leak. if there is not a leak what should I do?

mobile homes don't grow tumours. I have no doubt that it is a leak. You might need someone with carpentry or flooring skills to replace the swollen spot after the leak is repaired.
