I have used a square groove cutting router bit to cut the groove for hardwood flooring (not in place routing). It works well but I don't think it's quite as tight as the original T&G.
I believe there are groove cutting bits that cut the same groove profile as NOFMA requires. I just need a standard bottom bearing bit. Does anyone know of any manufacturers or do most people just use a garden variety square groove bit?
Thanks
