Husband is putting underlay,over an existing linoleum floor in our bathroom. Do we need to redo the toilet placing, or put the new flooring around it, how do we do this? We're putting linoleum tiles on the underlay. Any help, ideas, etc. will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!

no, but depending on the added height you might need an extra thick wax seal or a seal with an extender.
Never reuse wax seals.
your local big box retailers plumbing section should have both.
