I saw on TLC's Flip That House, that a guy in Las Vegas did a decorative concrete floor over an existing cement floor. I want to know how to do it properly but can't find any information on what supplies I will need. I have done a textured wall, I was wondering if its the same, just with concrete? If anyone has any know how in this area, please let me know.

Thanks!
