There are two small gaps, one on either end of the roof where the flashing does not extend all the way to the side of the house. The sheething is exposed. The roof is about 6 years old. I have not noticed any water damage from the inside or evidence around the shingles. Can I fill these small holes with some foam and be done with it? (Wishful thinking I am sure...) Not a pro on roofs by any means, but this was information passed on to me. Any suggestions?
