A previous owner laid ceramic tile directly over the glued tile in the fery large kitchen in our house that was built in 1925. The floor is cracked in many places. What is the easiest way to replace the floor? I love ceramic tile. What do I need to do to replace it with ceramic tile?

the tile needs to come out down to a solid surface.
are you on concrete or wood ?
something has caused movement and cracking ... that needs repaired or replaced so it is not an issue with the new tile.
