Bvflooring
I would like to install harwood flooring over the tongue and groove subfloor in my home. The floors are far from level even though I placed jacks underneath in the basement and pushed up on the joists. Is there another way to help level things out? Would floor leveler be a good idea here or a bad one?

I'm not a hardwood guy so I cant give you a lot of advise but I can tell you that you can't put a cement floor leveler under a nail down hardwood floor, the nails will shatter the cement and render it useless. A floating wood floor might be alright but let someone who knows wood answer that.
