[[[[[ Liquid Rubber is the world's ONLY EPDM rubber in liquid form. This elastomeric roof coating, is alkali and acid-proof, maintenance free and installs in one easy coat, with no primer.]]]]

***I want to apply this LIQUID RUBBER over my asphalt-roll flat roof. They claim all i have to do is just pressure wash off any loose material and this stuff will give me a problem free roof for atleast 5 years. Any thing i should know about before i do it, like will it "pop" up my existing roof, or can it trap moisture and create more problems ect...? Any advise is greatly appreciated, Thank You in advance.

Hi there is some question about the Liquid EPDM. So we though we would clear up some of the confusion. First this is not an elastomeric coating it is 100% EPDM rubber in liquid roof.

It is a one coat application on most substrates please see below. If you have any questions please contact our office at 855-281-0940 ext 1 for sales.

The following roof types-substrates do NOT require the ProFlex primer only one coat of the Liquid EPDM

Various Metal Roofing systems
Weathered Galvanized
Weathered Aluminum
Weathered Copper
Any original epdm rubber roofing system
Concrete where there is little foot traffic
Sprayed Urethane Foam
Acrylic Sheet and any acrylic based products
Weathered Vinyl

The below roof types- substrates will require one coat of the ProFlex primer prior to application of Liquid EPDM Rubber

Built up asphalt roofs-You would first need to apply our ProFlex primer before applying the liquid EPDM.
Asphalt shingles-First needing our ProFlex primer
Modified asphalt roll roofing - First needing our ProFlex primer
Stainless steel-Only if sanded
Neither the primer or Liquid EPDM can be applied to glass
Silicone caulk-Any silicone caulk needs to be removed and replaced with either butyl or acrylic caulk
Heavily trafficked surfaces like decks or porches
Hypalon Membrane-ProFlex primer is required first
Wood applications that are first primed with our ProFlex primer
Any roof where a 3rd party coating such as an elastomeric or acrylic was previous applied
Polyurethane foam
