We have a lot of past projects that we never quite finished. We'd like to get those done and the house to a point that if we did decide to move, it would kill us to prepare for selling this place.

Little projects -
*finish putting up crown molding and baseboards (2 yrs late)
*install wood trim pieces (2 yrs late)
*finish trimming out cabinets in kitchen (5 yrs late)
*paint interior front door (2.5 years late)
*finish trimming out front door (2.5 years late)
*paint doors in kitchen (5 years late)
*caulk windows (9 years late)

Big projects -
*tear down paneling and replace with drywall
*tear up and replace carpeting
*build loft bed/desk for daughter
*finish flowerbeds

We're hoping to get enough of a tax return to fence our yard and put in a patio area out back.
