Our wooden soffit is peeling apart at several corners. It appears to be due to water damage. We have seamless gutters and a new roof. I've had the roof and gutters both examined and they don't seem to be the culprit. One person suggested that water may be seeping in through small joints in the fascia, keeping the soffit damp and causing the damage.
Has anyone experienced this before, and have some advice?
