General contractor Sam Daniel guides Bob around the exterior of the mansion to evaluate the ongoing restoration. Inside, carpenter Bob Ryley is helping with a special baseboard installation to accommodate updated HVAC and electric systems. Also, Bob journeys to Shirley Plantation, the oldest operating family farm in the country.
