With many of the old walls demolished, construction of new walls has begun. Bob takes a look at the construction flow chart with contractors Bob Ryley and Larry Landers. Then Bob visits one of Boston's hidden historical treasures, the Shirley-Eustis Colonial Governors' Mansion. Back at the site, Ryley and Landers show how the old roof is removed to make room for a new second floor.

Demolition continues on the roof, as the crew removes the sheathing, rafters, and some of the ceiling joists.
Bob takes on the expansion of a 35 year-old ranch house in Wayland, MA.
